Day 25 - Mustard

I went to work today. It was busy, which was great. No work tomorrow — it’s a holiday — but today kept me hopping from beginning to end. It was a very normalish day, which is about my gold standard right now. “Normalish” is about the best any of us can hope for, and it will be that way for awhile.
Everyone else (including my husband) has a sourdough starter. I felt a little left out so I made a jar of Pandemic Grainy Mustard.
I’ll call him “Zippy”.
