Day 24 - Sourdough

8:30pm:

My husband has a sourdough starter.

I have been banned from giving it a name. I am making homemade grainy mustard. I’m a step away from trying to make my own puff pastry at this point.

I have work tomorrow, which will be a welcome break to the routine here. I’m guessing we will move a lot of puzzles.

The numbers for my health unit bumped up yesterday:

March: 29 cases (2 deaths)
