Giveaway: Nellie's All Natural Laundry Soda*

Being a long-time fan of Nellie's All Natural Laundry Soda, I am excited to have the opportunity to introduce this product to one of my readers. In fact, it's the #1 detergent I recommend to friends with environmental sensitivities, small children, or washing cloth diapers!

I prefer detergents with a short list of ingredients that work easily in my HE front-loading washer without any extra steps, such as first dissolving the powder in warm water.  Nellie's All Natural Laundry Soda is the only powder I've used in my washer that hasn't resulted in caked detergent on freshly-washed clothing. It dissolves quickly and rinses extremely well.

I love that Nellie's doesn't contain any oxygen bleach like other powdered detergents I've used -- I prefer to add my own only when needed, to cut down on fabric fading and garment wear and tear. Nellie's does make an excellent oxygen bleach for those loads that need it, however! In fact, Nellie's only contains 5(!) ingredients. There are no fragrances or fabric softeners in this detergent, making it safe for cloth diapers and particularly nice for baby clothing.

I use Nellie's on all our laundry. With three boys (one of whom is in cloth diapers) and a husband, that's a lot of laundry!
